AF foam pump condensate pump

The condensate pump is shown in Fig. 5-48. It can be used for condensate transmission and water supply and drainage works in the condenser of thermal (nuclear) power unit. Under normal conditions, the pump barrel is under negative pressure, so it is required to have good cavitation performance. In order to meet this requirement, the first stage of the pump can be made into double suction or the inducer or the pump unit can be lengthened in front of the first stage impeller to increase the pouring height. The suction and discharge ports may be respectively located on the cylindrical body or the discharge seat. The two can be made into any angle position such as 180 ° and 90 ° to meet the requirements.

Characteristics of condensed water system: low noise, small vibration, stable and reliable operation, high efficiency, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.

A plurality of guide bearings are arranged in the middle of the pump to support the radial force of the pump rotor and its mold movement. The axial force of the pump rotor and its quality can be borne by the thrust bearing on the motor, or it can be designed as a hybrid thrust bearing structure. The internal shafts of the pump rotor are connected with ferrule type (see Fig. 565) couplings, and small pumps are connected with threaded cylindrical couplings. When the axial force and mass of the pump are borne by the motor, the shaft of the pump rotor and the motor shaft are connected by rigid couplings, as shown in Fig. 5-53.
