Design of bearing oil retaining ring for AF foam pump

The oil retaining ring design is shown in Fig. 7-25. Oil retaining rings replace labyrinth rings, oil retaining rings and oil retaining rings. The oil retaining ring for sliding bearing is introduced here.

1) Materials: ZCuAl10Fe3, ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5 and other fire-proof materials. Cast iron is sometimes used, but is generally used for low-grade pumps.

2) The oil retaining ring and the bearing body are fitted with a large outer diameter, which should be greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the bearing bush, usually equal to the outer diameter of the bearing bush, so as to facilitate the processing of the holes matching the bearing bush. It matches the tolerance of bearing body with coaxial Bush and bearing body, namely H7/js6 or H7/j6. H7/h6 (non-compulsory lubrication) can also be used for the matching of bearing bush and bearing body. However, in order to prevent oil leakage at the lower part of the oil retaining ring, sealant should be applied when assembling. The diameter of the shaft with sealant is + 0.2-0.3 mm (H8/e6, E6 - the tolerance of the shaft with the bushing).

3) The commonly used axial positioning of oil retaining ring and bearing body is mortise groove positioning (see Fig. 7-25a, b, d, e), which is rotated by common cylindrical pin or elastic cylindrical pin.

4) The seal of the oil retaining ring and shaft is usually grooved, and the bottom of the inner diameter is the oil return groove or the oil return hole. Owing to the small boreholes, there are usually 2 or 3 oil return holes.

5) The width of mortise groove is H8/18 whether it is fit for stop or mother stop.

6) Oil retaining rings are generally divided, or not.

7) when installing, the lower part and the bearing body should be coated with sealant, especially when the oil surface is too close to the bottom of the oil retaining ring or when the outer diameter clearance fits. The main thing is to prevent leakage of oil AF foam pump.
